This modern contemporary Beach Front Gem sits directly on the beach in the lovely beach front gated community of Hermosa Palms, Costa Rica. The house is very well maintained and stocked fully with all of the amenities one would need to enjoy a beach front vacation. The Open Floor plan of the kitchen, into the living and dining room, which then flows out onto a nice covered patio on the beach. Nice beach views are seen throughout these living spaces and in 4 of the 5 bedrooms!
The house has a custom private pool and jacuzzi, which is a great place to view the sunsets and watch the waves.
Each bedroom has a bathroom and the bedrooms are extremely spacious and separated from one another to provide extra privacy.
The master bedroom on the second floor has a nice sitting area and an ocean view jacuzzi pool on the patio.
The master bedroom on the first floor is spacious and has a private bathroom as well.
The third bedroom is also on the first floor.
Bedroom 4 and 5 on the 3rd floors, with private bathrooms, private terraces and fantastic views.
The beach front community pool is a 1 minute walk from the house, where you can enjoy drinks, snacks and meal from the swim up bar.

Wow, what a blast! The jaco royale staff was amazing in the short amount of time we had in Costa Rica. The house "Casa Bisily" was something out of movie! It was immaculate and tidy. The chef Dennis was amazing, and our concierge girls Jimena, and Fanny were very accommodating. I would definitely book with Jaco Royale again!!
The experience with Jaco Royal was excellent! George explained all the services and options for housing very detailed and provided recommendations based on our requests. Our host Veronica was AMAZING she was super helpful and with a great attitude all the time. If you are looking to use a company to arrange your vacations don't look more, there is no one better than Jaco Royal.
