Welcome to our Junior Penthouses located at Monaco Condominiums. There are six of these units at the Monaco ranging from 1,700-2,350 sq ft and include a 500 sq ft rooftop deck. The living space consists of 2-3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. These condos have modern furniture and furnishings. These units sleep four to six and have patios off the living room and one off of each bedroom.
There is a furnished gourmet kitchen. There is granite throughout the condos. Both bathrooms have tile walk-in showers. For your convenience, a laundry unit is included in each of the condos. The private rooftop patios are half covered and half open. They each have a hot tub, wet bar, mini refrigerator, patio furniture and half bath.
Located in the heart of Jaco, these Junior Penthouses are easy walking distance to the beach, all of the famous Jaco night life, restaurants, shops, beach bars, grocery stores, liquor stores, pharmacies, and much more.The beautifully landscaped Monaco Condominiums are centrally located and guarded 24/7.

Wow, what a blast! The jaco royale staff was amazing in the short amount of time we had in Costa Rica. The house "Casa Bisily" was something out of movie! It was immaculate and tidy. The chef Dennis was amazing, and our concierge girls Jimena, and Fanny were very accommodating. I would definitely book with Jaco Royale again!!
The experience with Jaco Royal was excellent! George explained all the services and options for housing very detailed and provided recommendations based on our requests. Our host Veronica was AMAZING she was super helpful and with a great attitude all the time. If you are looking to use a company to arrange your vacations don't look more, there is no one better than Jaco Royal. They excedeed our expectations, and the options for housing they have are top-notch! 5 stars for these guys!
