We make property reservations and collect the appropriate reservation deposits within the appointed time frames.
Travel Agent and other Referral Fees
We handle all commission payments to third-parties.
Renters are personally welcomed upon arrival and given a briefing on the property, its amenities, the rules and
regulations, and so on. All renters are asked to sign the rental contracts and a damage deposit is charged to their
account. The appropriate entry Authorization Forms are supplied to the security.
Upon checkout, we carry out a full inspection of the property and return damage deposits to the renter after
deducting the charges for replaced items, if any.
Credit Card and Bank Wire Transfers
We pay all credit card or bank wire transfers.
We offer a complimentary basket, which includes items such as a bottle of wine, coffee, sugar, milk, juice, cereal,
and so on, for the newly arrived guest.
We provide tenants complimentary toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels,
dishwashing soap/detergent, and washing machine detergent.
Renters are provided with daily maid/housekeeping services.
All services are included for a 40% commission of rental proceeds.
